After watching the episodes Revenge of Swarm and Perfect Girlfriend, I had numerous questions about nanochips.

-The alien chips are produced by the Queen, but it is a living microchip, too. Then who did create the Queen first?
- How could the Queen survive at the end of the episode Revenge of the Swarm?
-Why is it controlling Elena? Why are the chips try to get Ben? What do the nanochips really want?

However, It seemed the story is not going to explain these. Also, I was very sad that Elena turned into a yandere villain all of a sudden. So I imagined a fictional season a long time ago. In this story, Ben's team and Julie tries to solve the real mystery of the alien chips. Yes, it is a purly dumb imagination, and you can ignore this.


-Synopsis

Recently, Ben and his friends have noticed that something seems a little different about Julie. She's getting more and more competitive in tennis and insisting on being alone with Ben. Somtimes her excessive love of Ben even creeps him out. Gwen and Kevin suspects it might be the Nanite Queen again because she disguised as her once. To determine whether she is fake, Ben pretends to break up with her. Suddenly, Julie reacts violently and then transforms into a nanochip/human hybrid. It turns out that the queen wasn't just impersonating her this time; it has taken over her body.

Meanwhile, Julie's consciousness has been trapped inside of the Queen nanochip. She gets surprised when Elena appears in front of her. Julie was wary of Elena at first, but Elena assures that she's not going to harm Julie and explains that the queen copies its host's appearance and some behaviors. She was real Elena. She tells Julie how she got infected by the queen and what it really wants.

Ben doesn't want to let the chips take Julie away, like they did to Elena. He finally decides to use Nanomech to destroy the Queen inside Julie's body. However, that's what the Queen was waiting for. Unlike the Decoy Queen, the real Queen can actually enslave Nanomech, a human/nanochip hybrid. If Ben transforms into that alien, he will become the Queen's servant permanently, and the power of the Ultimatrix will fall into its hands.

In order to prevent this, Elena manages to distract the Queen so Julie can escape. It is a very risky plan. She could get killed. But Elena believes Ben is their last hope. "Find the Queen of the Queens--before it's too late." That was her last message.

Thanks to Elena, Julie becomes free from the Queen's control. But she's still in nanochip form, and the Queen will take over her mind again after completely defeating Elena. Julie tells Ben that Elena's mind is still alive and they need to find the Queen of the Queens. Having hope that there's still a chance to save Elena, Ben goes search for the Queen of the Queens with Gwen, Kevin, and Julie. But they soon discover that there are other Nanite queens in the galaxy, too. Things were much more serious than they thought. Will Ben find the creator of all nanochips and save Elena, Julie, and the universe?
